Who stands behind the work

The Academy is organized under the Vijay Kolluru name as a home for practical leadership study — small cohorts, high standards, no filler modules.

Learning discussion

We believe adults learn best when material is close to their real constraints: limited time, imperfect data and stakeholders who disagree. Our sessions are built around that reality.

Instruction blends seminar discussion, written exercises and critique. You will leave with artifacts — memos, frameworks and habits — not only notes you never reopen.

Boston is our administrative base. Programs run in person and online depending on the cohort. Enrollment is selective so the room stays sharp.
